I also realize that Slack and emails can disorient one's day because of all the fires happening there. It is because of this that I started my work-day at 6 instead of 9, but now i feel encouraged to even start earlier. Thanks for sharing this.

Great share. Meditation, Intention and priorities are all key to my ongoing 'positive outlook' on my life and the crazy world around me. Not to mention some of the craziness in me. And exercise! Currently shopping for a new bicycle. Cheers

It’s nice that you are able to schedule your work and do it asynchronously. But does it not feel like the work never ends when you need to keep logging in at different points of the day for calls/meetings apart from your morning slot ?

Thank you for sharing this! I've recently noticed that my day is far more productive if I start event 30 minutes earlier than I used to, and helps set me up for success for the rest of the day. Looking forward to trying to get my start even earlier!
