Yeah, there's no way to run like we used to. I've communicated our game plan along the way to our stakeholder groups through a mixture of meetings and async comms. Some things will take longer and some things just can't be done. One thing we have prioritized is training: we'll be releasing a program to help folks with research basics to free up more time for UXRs.
I think it'll take a while settle into long-term mode, too. There's bound to be a surprise around the corner.
