A lot has happened since I last hit ‘Publish’ in March 2021:

• I shifted from an interim UXR leadership position to DesignOps/ReOps and back to (full-time) UXR leadership 😄

• We’ve re-jigged UXR at Zapier and built an incredible team 🙌🏾

• I’ve travelled a lot (post-COVID vibes) 🛫 🛬

All those factors and more totally shifted my focus away from Scaling Research.

But the time has come to rekindle this effort. I miss speaking to my UXR & ReOps friends. I miss documenting what I’m doing and learning.

So, I’m bringing back Scaling Research!

What to Expect

Over the next couple of weeks, I need to get myself back in a good flow. I’ll likely publish a post (aside from this one) and get those recorded podcasts out into the real world.

I’ll be traveling a lot in November and December but expect to still receive a weekly-ish update.
